African American Bureau of Commerce

About us

About the TAABC

The Toledo African-American Bureau of Commerce is a non-profit organization that fosters African-American collaboration for the purposes of economic and community development.

We will not attempt to be all things to all people and will not duplicate services already available but, when appropriate, we will refer our members to other existing resources.  However, we will support our members through consensus building and fearless advocacy in an effort to ensure economic inclusion and fairness.

With a reduced reliance on municipal funding, the TAABC will stand independent gaining its strength from the individual members of the African-American community. The TAABC will choose its partners wisely and will readily collaborate with organizations that share in the TAABC mission.

Vision

To make all African-Americans who live or work in Northwest Ohio proud to be members of the Toledo African-American Bureau of Commerce.
